Requirement:

  1. Please ensure that the photos of the front and back of your ID are clear and visible, with no glare.
  2. Please ensure that your selfie shows your face clearly and is not obscured by any objects.
  3. If the submission fails, please wait a moment before trying to retake and resubmit the photos.

我们将于 2026 年 2 月 15 日（农历大年廿八）下午 6 点吉时收市。春节期间休业四天。收市期间个人网上汇款和手机 APP 可正常交易，到账时间请浏览平台内公告。

We will be closed for Chinese New Year from 6PM on 15 February 2026 to 19 February 2026. ZGR app and web remit are available during holidays. Please refer to announcement for fund processing time.
