2019年5月6日，新加坡警察部队商业事务局在其总部会堂举办了公益精神奖颁奖典礼，以表彰组织及其员工在侦查和预防诈骗行动中付出的努力和警惕。这些组织包括银行、汇款机构和商业企业。
2018年《全球法律与秩序》报告数据显示，新加坡再次排第一名！尽管去年总体犯罪率略有上升，但新加坡仍然是世界上最安全的城市之一。据悉，新加坡受访者有1000人。94％的受访者表示，晚上独自在街上行走是安全的，绝大多数国人都认同新加坡的治安。

Ms Edna Foo (in picture on the left) and Ms Phua Shi Ling (in picture on the right) from OCBC Bank were presented with the Active Interception Award. They had successfully prevented a victim of Internet Love Scam from being cheated of S$18,000.
Ms Zhang Zixian from Zhongguo Remittance received the Active Interception Award for assisting to foil a China Officials Impersonation Scam involving S$38,900.
Ms Nora Yasmin from SingPost (Marine Parade Branch) was a recipient of the Active Interception Award. She had successfully intercepted more than S$2000 in five cases of scams.
